Vienna, Day II & LAST DAY (technically)

So, still in Vienna. LOVE this city but I on second thought, I really don't think that I'd want to live here. Or even go to college here as I though earlier (they have a nice university just north of downtown :D). It's too much work!! Both nights at six o' clock I've been so exhausted! I nearly fell asleep during the string quartet last night (but then again, who wouldn't anyway???) and tonight even though I'm SOOO incredibly tired I managed to stay awake because they had dancers during the orchestra and it was pretty funny.
Tomorrow's schedule:
go to boy's choir at mass
go to Hofburg Palace
see Spanish Riding School
GO HOME!!! (a.k.a. Budapest)
I'm uber excited for the Budapest part :)
But I'm also tired so here's a pic of me on the National Library (Nationalbibliotek) stairs. Goodnight!

*SCREAM**
Okay, OKAY SO Kill Me, I know I havn't written but whats the point of writing when I could be out and seeing the wonderful city around me?? is that not what I came for?? YOur lucky we have Ms. Katy's laptop and Izzy but I have time because its 11:44 so I am hurrying and writing a little post...
as you now were in Vienna and IT IS AMAZIG!! I wouldn't be surprised if Izzy decided to live here it is really her kind of city.
crap got a go see ya
Aly
Vienna baby!!
Yup, so we're in Vienna, Austria now. And the verdict???
AH- MAZING!! The streets are full of people shopping in very vogue stores such as Chanel, Versache, Hugo Boss, and even Americanized Claire's and H&M. Besides all the vast shopping opportunities there are virtual parties in the street while people line up with their instruments for live music, singing, dancing, street dancing, games, clowns with balloons, and artists creating pieces live. It's awesome and exactly where I want to live.
Speaking of which, I have to go to a Mozart performance. Aly wants the computer too, anyway, and she's impatient :P
Bye!!

Budapest, Day II
I love Miss Cathe for letting us use her laptop. And for someone nearby her friend Jill's condo for having unlocked internet access.
Hungary is amazing! Day two was great although our feet are throbbing from walking at the VERY LEAST five miles. Two of those miles being stairs.
Today we saw the huge palace, when running around in near-pitch black darkness in underground labrynths (it reminded me of a haunted house because there were statues in dark corners!), took tons of pictures, bought some stuff including Secret Boxes (coolest things in the world and a Hungarian tradition), and stalked an American school group for a few minutes to see what their guide had to say. Haha it totally worked.
Luckily, our baggage did arrive around six o'clock here when we came back for dinner. And Miss Cathe ALMOST got us tickets to Transylvania until she discovered it took six hours just to get there.
And I was able to understand what a Hungarian lady was telling me, thanks to word cognates (compicile = complicated) and learned my first Hungarian word, utca which means street. Best part was shopping. I bought some cool stuff. Now tomorrow we're taking a bus tour, seeing the opera house, having a Hungarian dinner, and then the next day... VIENNA!!!
So I have to go wash clothes, shower, and watch a movie; we are wayyyy too tired to take a walk tonight. Hopefully I can post tomorrow but maybe not. Good afternoon to you back in the U.S. and goodnight for me!!

Greetings from BUDAPEST!!!
Oh yeah! Do a happy dance! We are in Budapest, Hungary!!
Can you say "Woot woot!"!?!?
Merci, merci beacoup!'
Oh, btw don't even get me started on those incompetent idiots at AirFrance.
So want to know how everything went?? Here you go, an itinerary from the airport in Detroit to now, on the balcony of a condo beside the Danube.
We were dropped off at Detroit Airport by our loving and ah-doring parents (does this count as sucking-up points??) and I can safely say that at age fifteen I successfully survived cardiac arrest. The jerk said "I'm sorry, you're passport is invalid" and I was like "You kidding me?" Lol jk I was more like "..." and "!!!!". That explain it all? The guy was joking! He said it was invalid because I didn't sign it. Anywhoo...
We boarded the plane, no issues, but we DID get to hang out in the top-secret lounge thinggy for V.I.P.s like us. Ahhh, the wonders of traveling with Miss Cathe.
So plane there was okay. We watched movies and Aly slept. Lucky. I got about two hours of sleep on the eight hour flight. Which means I've pretty much been awake for over twenty-four hours. Which may explain why I'm shaking. Lol jk, that's just the cold Hungarian air :D
Finally, Paris! We got off and had to get our boarding passes because we couldn't in Detroit. We went to a total of about six different desks, each one directing us around Charles de Gaulle Airport like rats in a freaking maze (looking for potatoes, Aly had to add)!
Needless to say, we missed our flight. Incompetent French people.
So we got the next flight out which happened to be two hours later and we arrived in Budapest to find our luggage... was still in France. Hopefully the non-English speaking Hungarians will bring it to us tomorrow but who knows. If not, we can buy all new clothes at the stupid French people's expense :D
Well, it freezing outside even thought the days are in the seventies, it's late, I've been awake for over 24 hours, and we're going to bed. Goodnight! We'll post whenever we can next.

Before I Leave...
Ok so before I jet off to Europe, here's something to tide you over... I hope. Aly's gonna hurt me; this breaks all the rules but here anyway.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Isabella had to go somewhere to be alone. She couldn’t stop thinking about James, about the way he looked at her when he thought she wasn’t looking, the way he flirted with her constantly, but most importantly about the way she felt when his skin accidentally brushed hers. She had to be alone and decipher what everything meant.
After class was over on Wednesday, she ran her Prada messenger bag up to her dorm and dashed off without bothering to change out of her school uniform to find a place to be alone. The library wouldn’t work because everyone went there to study after school, the lounge was definitely a no, her room was bound to have at least one of her four sisters there, and it was nice enough weather outside that everyone hung out on the grounds before the weather turned cold.
She decided to wander around the building in search of a place where she could sit for a while and think about what she should do. Izzy started on the fifth floor and walked up and down the hallways, finding nothing. She worked her way down to the first floor in an hour, clueless on where to go. Randomly, her feet carried her out to the PE barn and found no one in there. She decided it would have to do and found a bale of hay to sit on in the loft where they hung punching bags and kept all of their practice equipment, so she sat down and thought about her situation.
Izzy had dated a few guys back in England, if a few meant all of the date-worthy guys between the ages of thirteen and sixteen within a fifty mile radius of her house and school in London. But she had never really felt like she couldn’t live without one certain guy before. To her they were just people that put a few butterflies in her stomach and were smart enough to attempt to flirt back when she initiated it but nothing more than that.
James was different. Whenever Izzy saw him, her heart sped up to ten times its normal speed, her stomach flipped and was attacked by hordes of butterflies, she forgot what she had been saying or thinking, and her limbs turned to jello. He could flirt as well as her, which was a talent all in its own. But for some reason, she couldn’t get herself to ask him out. She couldn’t take the risk, because she knew he didn’t like her. There was no way he did.
Just when she was starting to feel the need to see him again just as she did whenever she thought about him, which was always, the barn door opened. Up in the loft, Izzy wasn’t visible from below. She slowly stood up and peeked down to see who it was.
James.
James shut the wood door behind him and started walking up the stairs to the loft. Izzy’s heart jumped up to her brain and dropped back down to her feet. She couldn’t hide, and she didn’t want to, although her main reason for coming here was to be alone and think about him when her mind wasn’t blurry from him being in the room. He reached the top step and looked up, startled to see her there.
Izzy was frozen where she stood in front of the hay bale. Her face was frozen in half shock, half joy.
“Hey,” he said, causing her brain to work again as it processed his words – er, word.
“Hi,” she said back. James took off his navy blue coat and laid it on the hay bale next to where she was standing.
“What are you doing here?” He asked.
“Thinking about how in love with you I am,” Izzy thought. “Oh, just thinking.” She actually said. He nodded.
“Yeah, me too, pretty much. Practicing for PE is my excuse though. I think better when I’m focused,” James explained. Izzy realized she hadn’t moved from where she stood, and he was still right next to her where he’d laid his jacket down. She looked around the room uneasily. She really wanted to stay but his presence was making her head go fuzzy again. He was so hot and so nice and so awesome and so…
“So what were you going to think about?” Izzy asked, sitting down primly on the hay bale. James realized he hadn’t moved and cleared his throat, walking over to one of the punching bags.
“Oh, you know, stuff. About school and… people in school,” he said awkwardly. Izzy raised an eyebrow and smiled, somehow managing to remember her sassiness despite her muddled thoughts. She watched him get a few practice punches at the bag. Look at him! Oh my god is he hot! She noted his muscular arms and his inability to concentrate on what he was supposed to be doing. It was as if he wanted to look at her and had to struggle to stare at the red bag instead. No, she admonished herself. He doesn’t like you like that.
“Oh really? So people like… Victoria?” Izzy asked. He shrugged.
“Not exactly. Close though.”
“Ashleigh?”
“Definitely not,” he said shaking his head.
“Veronica?” Izzy hedged.
“A little less psychotic from what I can tell,” James answered with a smile.
“I’m out of guesses. Do I get a hint?” She asked smiling sweetly at him. Once she started talking to him, it got easier. Her body just had to get used to it and remember to think, move, breathe….
“She’s a girl; you guessed that right.” James said. He stopped hitting the bag and walked over to her, sitting on the hay bale beside her after a second hesitation.
“That narrows it down to a couple hundred. Describe this girl.” Izzy pushed. She wanted to know who her competition was that James was so intently thinking about.
“Well, this girl is absolutely beautiful,” he began. He looked at her when he spoke. “She could wear anything, wear no or tons of makeup but no matter what could never look anything less than gorgeous. She’s smart, funny, flirty… everything a guy could ever ask for. The only problem is…,” he trailed looking down.
“What?” Izzy asked quietly. She wanted this girl to be her, wanted so badly for her to be the one he was pining for but she knew she wasn’t. Pretty much all guys liked her but when they did they showed their affection blatantly. They were obsessed and never left her alone. They admitted their undying love for her. James wasn’t anywhere near that crazy but he still hadn’t asked her out or anything. He appeared to be interested in someone else, which made Izzy’s heart drop to the floor again.
“She doesn’t know I like her,” James said in an almost whisper looking back up into her eyes. Izzy soon realized that they had both leaned forward and were inches away from each other’s faces. She could taste his breath on her lips, feeling the heat radiating off his skin, see the colors in his soft but steely grey-blue eyes. If she leaned a fraction of an inch closer, she could kiss him.
So close, just lean forward. Kiss him! A voice in her head shouted. James leaned closer to her and Izzy closed her eyes because she was feeling faint this close to him. Suddenly, the barn door opened and they both snapped their heads to see who it was.
“Yo, James! You in here?” Will’s voice called out. James leaned away from Izzy and she dropped her eyes to the ground, unable to look at him. He cleared his throat.
“Yeah, up in the loft,” he replied. He stood up and walked back over to the punching bag just as Will reached the top of the stairs.
“Hey, I-,” he cut off, noticing Izzy sitting on the hay bale, awkwardly looking around at anything but James. “Did I… did I interrupt something? Sorry, I can leave….”
“No, you’re not interrupting anything. I should go. Let you guys practice or whatever,” Izzy said before she could convince herself otherwise. She stood up and brushed past Will and down the stairs unable to even glance at James.
“Bye,” she mumbled as she shut the barn door behind her.
“Thanks a lot,” James said angrily to Will once he heard the door shut.
“Ow! Hey! Hit the bag, not me. Ow!” Will said blocking James’ punches which were luckily very light compared to what either of the boys was capable of.
“You said you wanted to practice, so let’s practice. I’m offense, you’re defense,” he replied. Will nodded and blocked the kicks and punches James threw at him.
“So, what happened?” He asked curiously.
“Nothing at all because you walked in right when I was this close to kissing her,” James said, stopping his unblocked fist a centimeter from Will’s face.
“Wow. That’s close,” he said moving the fist to the side and away from his nose which probably would have broke if James hadn’t stopped his hand. “For my safety, let’s switch. I’ll be offense, you be defense.”

A Rose By Any Other Name... Part II
“SO you like me catching you.” he said if like a fact, not a question. He was completely confident in it; in a way that was hot she had to admit. Aly was in a shock daze and asked the first thing that popped into her head.
“Did I say that? She asked clamping the hand that was not holding the rose over her mouth, Will grinned triumphantly saying
“You just did” Aly recovered quickly loosening her arm around his neck. To her surprise to realize that even though she had loosen her grip around his neck in the attempt of putting space between them, Will held her so she was a close as possible without their face’s touching. She took a deep breath and recovered saying.
“I believe I just asked if I had ever said that because I don’t believe I ever did at any point state the fact that I actually liked you catching me.” Will’s grin grew “Or that I didn’t” said Aly a little too quickly. ‘Wow I am rambling, when do I ever ramble? This is bad; I have a bad feeling about this. Wow I am even rambling when I think.’ thought Aly.
“Oh, but your not the only one who can read in between the lines, Kitten.” Aly scowled, she had said the same thing about one of the girls he had dated last summer.
“You know usually you don’t quote somebody unless their dead” Aly said quietly, highly aware of his hand spread on her waist.
“No you quote a person if there important, not because their still alive. It’s just that many people don’t important till they die, your just special.”
“But what makes me important?” Will grinned, setting her on both her feet, keeping his arm around her waist.
“Oh, lots of things make you important Kitten, lots of things”
“Not going to read into that one.”
“Why not?” Will said with a wicked grin “You might like what you read, I do” Aly’s small grin died as she said.
“Well not everyone dose.” She said turning away slightly; Will dropped his hands from her waist. Aly hopped the step to the bench in the trellis and sat down. Will leaned on it next to her as Aly looked back up at the stars again.
“Won’t you ruin your dress?’ he asked
“And who cares?” asked Aly
“Well I like this one” said Will kicking the edges of her full scarlet skirts.
“I don’t.” Will grinned, watching her face as she watched the star lit night sky.
“The stars are beautiful tonight.” said Aly
“Beautiful as they are on a single night not outshined by the moon, they don’t hold a candle to the light, I see.” Aly rolled her eyes. and was silence for a minute before asking. Aly took a deep breath,
“Will, can I ask you something?”
“Sure anything.” he said with a shrug, watching the adorable cresses of her forehead, and the light shinning bringing out the always present endearing blue veins under her startling green eyes.
“Why did you date all those other girls if you really didn’t like them?” she asked staring at him intently. Aly grinned a little; she had completely thrown him by surprise.
“Who say I didn’t like them?” he asked defensively.
“You did.” Said Aly examining the stars again
“Oh really, When?” he asked skeptically
“You’re not the only one who can read in between the lines Dr. Willus” Aly turned to look at him “I did start reading first” Will laughed.
“Ok, ok I guess your sorta right, but I did like some of them.”
“As friend, not as girlfriends” Aly said positively. Will shifted uncomfortable with the subject she was pressing so hard. He looked down at the hard dirty as he said.
“I guess, I uh… hmm… really can’t tell you I guess.”
“You keep saying ‘you guess’ what’s that mean?”
“That I really can’t tell you.”
“Really, And that’s not a lie?”
“Nope, not a lie, I could never lie to you.” Will said it with such honesty that nearly believed him. She scowled
“Oh yes you could.”
“No I couldn’t” he said, a look of confused hurt on his face, that reminded Aly of a puppy dog, her scowl deepened.
“Yes you could,” Will opened his mouth to say something but Aly plowed on. “Your telling me if it was between telling me the truth about something that could hurt me and lying to protect me you’d tell me the truth?”
“Of course” Will said honestly
“Let me rephrase, if you knew there were a gun fight was would you tell me were it was if I asked?”
“Hell No! You’d get yourself killed!”
“Exactly, you’d lie to protect me.”
“No, I’d withhold facts to protect you.” Will said stubbornly.
“What if I pressed the matter, I knew that you knew where it was would you tell me?” The challenge in her voice graded at Will like nothing else had ever, he locked his jaw, he was not going to put with her folly.
“See, you would lie.”
“If it kept you alive, and with me” Will shot back angrily.
“At least I know you care.” Said Aly sarcastically
“Aly” Will complained
“Don’t Aly me; I am sick of people trying to protect me. It doesn’t work, it only hurts other people.” she said angrily kicking her leg out. Aly stood took her crutches saying “I am getting cold I am going inside.” And she limped away and disappeared through the wood door. Will was too angry to follow her, but there was one promise even in his anger he was going to make.
“I Can and Will protect you Alianne Morrigan.” He said to the dark landscape around him.
hmmm. And what to happens next?? a SECRET code to no ones to Know... I for one am having trouble Solving a trouble myStery.
can you figure the secret code it'll tell you what HAPPENING NEXT...
i am always one for THATS CODE phrase...
Alianne Morrigan is smarter then you!
“Did I say that? She asked clamping the hand that was not holding the rose over her mouth, Will grinned triumphantly saying

But anyway here is a quote thing that Aly had up on my laptop today that I hope can tide you over and I PROMISE that I will post a BIG thing before we leave for Europe.

So here was the thing with Izzy: she liked anything that made her heart pound, and I mean anything. Well, besides scary movies but combine that with a hot boy to cling to and she could suffer through it. She liked hot flirtatious boys, roller coasters, truth or dare, partying, sneaking out of her house... anything that made her pulse speed up was her kind of drug. Needless to say, James Cambridge was no exception to that rule. He was incredibly gorgeous, flirtatious, daring, and Izzy very quickly found herself hopelessly addicted.
So I'm sorry again! And I will post before we leave but I also have to pack this weekend so....
PLEASE DON'T EAT ME!!!!!
OR CLAW MY EYES OUT WITH AN ORANGE MARKER!!!!!
